If your like me and love a good book check out The Golden Compass. From the get go it starts strong and reveals a strong protagonist. Written by Philip Pullman it's something beyond of what fantasy has ever ment. In my opinion it is the best book written in the last two decades.

Push
Yesterday I watched the movie Push. The story line was exciting and kept you drawn in till the very end. The acting was top quality like some other movies(ex. Blood Diamond, A Beautiful Mind) but everyone played thier part better than anyon else could have.

Lord of the RIngs
Peter Jackson's oscar winning portrayal of J.R.R Tolkiens epic adventure set in the fantastic land of Middle Earth. Personally I've read the books and watched the movies. If your choosing one over the other pick the movies. The books aren't bad it's just they're a dull read. If you can handle that go ahead I'm not stopping you. The movies on the other hand are exciting, humoruos(only at a few small parts), and most of all they are beautifully made.
